Shipping

Shipping outside of Ireland will be charged the tracked shipping rate. 

Free shipping is available within the Republic of Ireland however it is recommended to select tracked shipping within Ireland also.

Returns 

We want you to love your piece from Bí Anseo. As orders are handmade to order, returns are not typical. However should you be unhappy for any reason, please contact me by emailing hello@bianseo.ie within 7 days of receiving the item.

Any goods to be returned would need to be sent within 14 days and unused in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
